If you’re a business that sells and/ or installs EV home chargepoints, we encourage you to join EVCC.
Before joining you should read the code carefully, together with the Terms of Membership. If you are happy that you can comply with the conditions they specify, and you are prepared to comply with EVCC in all your dealings with consumers, you should apply to join.
Once you’ve completed and signed the form, simply return it by email to info@electric-vehicle.org.uk*. Please note that you will be asked to pay a non-refundable application fee before your application is processed.
Each application is considered on its merits and applications are scrutinised carefully. When assessing your application, we will be looking at how ready your business is to comply with EVCC requirements. If we have any concerns about your application, we will give you a reasonable time period within which to make any changes and support you through the process where necessary.
Your EVCC membership will run for 1 calendar year from the date we accept you as a member. You will be required to renew each year if you wish to retain your membership.

Alll fees are exclusive of VAT.
Where businesses apply for EVCC and RECC membership within a month of each other, there is a joint and discounted Application fee.

*Please note that completion of the application form, and payment of the application fee, does not constitute REAL’s acceptance of your business as an EVCC member, and you are not entitled to display the EVCC logo or claim membership of EVCC until such time as you have received a Certificate of Membership from REAL.
