We’ve been working hard to get Code members some great membership benefits. These benefits include:
Listing on EVCC website
As a Code member, your potential consumers will be able to find you when searching on the EVCC website.
This will allow you to reach a high number of potential consumers, and give them the confidence that they are choosing a reliable company when considering the purchase of an EV home chargepoint.
Free Model documents
To ensure you are compliant with the Code and relevant consumer protection legislation, we have prepared a Trading Standards approved model contract and quotation for you to use when contracting with domestic consumers. This can be easily adapted for your business and branding, and is written in plain English so your consumers won’t miss any key information.
Access to Guidance
As a member you will have access to expert advice from our team along with user-friendly guidance from a range of other sources to help you comply with the Code, any relevant legislation, and in the face of any changes to industry standards.
Regular policy updates
You will receive regular, easy-to-read, updates of any Code developments and within the wider EV and EV chargepoint sectors.
Giving you a voice in the industry
By being an EVCC member means you can share your thoughts and ideas with us on the industry and any related topics. We will be your voice and feed your thoughts into working groups, campaigns we are working on and consultations.
Being a member of the Code gives you and your consumers access to EVCC's dispute resolution process to help resolve any disputes you have that you have been unable to resolve yourselves.
