As an EVCC member, you have satisfied our strict criteria for membership. You now have the opportunity to become TrustMark-registered through EVCC.

What is TrustMark?

TrustMark is an independent, Government-backed standards scheme developed across the home improvement industry. Homeowners who contract with a TrustMark-registered business can be reassured that the business complies not only with EVCC’s rigorous standards, but also with TrustMark’ scheme requirements, including the TrustMark Code of Conduct and Customer Charter. This will provide reassurance, confidence and peace of mind to consumers.

As a TrustMark-registered business you will be listed on TrustMark’s Find Your Local Tradesmen website. Many homeowners search the website for businesses that install electric vehicle chargepoints, and they could be looking for you!

How does TrustMark work?

TrustMark works through a network of licensed ‘operators’, or scheme providers, within industry sectors. EVCC is a ‘licensed operator’ for domestic EV chargepoints, so, if you work in this area, you can register with TrustMark through EVCC.

To register with TrustMark through EVCC you must already be an EVCC member.

What is the cost of TrustMark registration?

TrustMark registration through EVCC costs just £100 + VAT per year, in addition to your EVCC membership fee.

How do I apply?

Applying is simple. You just need to complete the TrustMark Application Form available here and return it by email to info@electric-vehicle.org.uk

Once we have completed the application process, we will accept you onto the scheme and issue you with a TrustMark sub-licence, a TrustMark certificate and a TrustMark welcome pack.

If you have any questions, please call the EVCC team on 0207 981 0850 and one of us will be happy to help you.
